Residential Projects
We work with award-winning architects to create open plan living spaces and have built many unique and interesting property extensions for our clients.
We have completed numerous successful domestic projects in and around Cardiff & The Vale including: an Orangery built on an Arts and Crafts property, a complete new build apartment on top of an existing bungalow and a RIBA award winning contemporary, cantilevered extension on an Art Deco property.
Commercial Projects
Our portfolio includes industrial unit renovations and conversion of office space into 13 residential apartments. We completed a refurbishment of flats into a dental surgery, all whilst keeping the surgery open and clinically clean for normal business.

Atlantic Dwellings offers a total build service, individually tailored to your needs and encompassing all building trades you require to get the job done. After our survey of the job site we will supply a full quotation covering all aspects of the job from start to finish, with a full breakdown of costs so you can see how your money is being spent.
We understand the time constraints around work and family, so are happy to offer evening/weekend appointments to suit you for site survey and quotation. To ensure consistency on a project you will have one point of contact throughout the build process with communication either face-to-face, by phone or email.
Most projects incorporate bespoke, fabricated steel beams and columns and features including compound curved walls and glazing, structural glass and large skylights and roof lanterns. Our team of highly skilled and approved craftsmen ensure precision in all aspects.
We work with a tremendous variety of high quality materials that create stunning results such as oak, copper, zinc, architectural steel, polished concrete and plaster. Talk to us about how you can achieve the style and finish you desire.
